• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on Platform, click patterns
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Cookies and Tracking: Session cookies for authentication, analytics cookies for usage tracking (you can disable these)

1.3 Blockchain Data

• On-Ledger Transactions: All pledges, escrows, fund releases, and refunds are recorded on the XRPL public blockchain
• Wallet Addresses: Your XRPL wallet address becomes publicly associated with campaigns you back or create
• Transaction History: All blockchain transactions are permanently public and cannot be deleted

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Public Information

The following information is publicly visible:

• Campaign details (title, description, milestones, funding goals)
• Creator profiles (username, bio, campaign history)
• XRPL wallet addresses associated with campaigns
• Pledge amounts and milestone voting results (aggregated)
• All on-ledger transactions (via XRPL blockchain explorers)

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers

• Analytics Providers: To understand Platform usage and improve features
• Email Service Providers: To send transactional emails and notifications

• Blockchain Data: Permanently stored on XRPL and cannot be deleted

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Correction

You can access and update your account information through your dashboard settings.

5.2 Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting support@stackstatsapps.com. Note that blockchain transactions cannot be deleted.

5.3 Marketing Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email. Transactional emails (e.g., milestone notifications) cannot be disabled.

5.4 Cookie Management

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit Platform functionality.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and XRPL wallet keys.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using PledgeDLT, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
